Lettings
Soar Valley College has been hired by local community groups and individuals to host a variety of activities for over 25 years. We have accommodated Sports Activities, Dance Classes, Adult Education, Conferences, Corporate Sports Days, Weddings, Religious Events/Festivals, and Theatrical Performances. We can recommend outside catering companies to meet your needs.
We are happy to consider requests for other events or any special requirements you may have. Our facilities include a floodlit all weather pitch, floodlit netball/tennis courts, covered netball courts in our netball centre, indoor sports hall, air conditioned dance studio, auditorium with stage area for performances, conference and meeting room. In Spring 2011 we opened a brand new cricket bowl.

- A concession rate of 25% is applied to all bookings for under 16’s. The full rate listed applied to all other hirers.
- Where applicable VAT is calculated at the current rate and is subject to change without notice.
- VAT in only applied to Sports bookings. Bookings are exempt from VAT when at least 10 sessions are booked with no more than 14 days between each session. If less than 10 session are used or the session are more than 14 days apart then VAT is chargeable

NB: Please note Soar Valley College as part of its premises licence operate a no alcohol policy and no naked flames eg candles or tea lights.
The cost of Public Liability Insurance is included in the cost of hire of regular sports, and non-sports hirers. One-off function/private events must pay an affiliation fee which includes public liability insurance.
